Romans 12:12
Stewarding the Temple: Health is a sacred trust. The body is not merely flesh and bone— it is a vessel, a temple, designed for purpose and endurance. Strength and vitality are not only for personal benefit but for fulfilling the mission one is called to. True wellness goes beyond outward appearance; it includes peace of mind, rest for the soul, and resilience in spirit. Caring for one’s health honors the life that has been given. Discipline, balance, and gratitude for nourishment are not duties but expressions of reverence. In times of weakness, divine strength becomes most visible, and healing is never out of reach. Health is a form of wealth, not only for the sake of productivity, but for presence— for walking in love, serving with energy, and living fully each day entrusted to us.
The Wealth of Relationships: No life is meant to be lived in isolation. The richness of connection— whether through family, friendship, or community— is a profound blessing. Relationships are not transactions; they are sacred bonds that shape, sharpen, and strengthen. A word of encouragement, a moment of listening, a shared burden— these are treasures not measured in currency. The company one keeps can elevate the soul, speak life into dreams, and provide shelter in storms. Unity is powerful. Forgiveness is freedom. And love, given freely, multiplies. Investing in others brings eternal return. To walk alongside others, with humility and grace, is to experience one of the greatest forms of wealth: the joy of genuine fellowship.
Provision with Purpose: Wealth is not a measure of value, but a tool entrusted for greater good. It is not meant to be hoarded, but stewarded. Every resource is an opportunity—to bless, to build, and to serve. Generosity is not a loss but a sowing, and provision flows most freely through open hands. There is wisdom in planning and diligence in labor, but abundance flows from a source deeper than effort alone. When the heart is free from the love of money, wealth can take its proper place—under authority, used for impact. Financial stability brings peace, but financial purpose brings joy. The true measure of wealth is not in possessions, but in how well those possessions are used to love others, lift burdens, and advance what is good and lasting.
Redeeming Every Moment: Time is the one resource that, once spent, never returns. It is precious, fleeting, and deeply powerful. Every moment carries the weight of eternity. Days are not to be wasted on worry or weariness, but invested with intention and joy. Wisdom is found in learning to number our days—to live with focus, to prioritize what matters, and to leave behind what doesn’t. Time well spent is time spent in love, in service, in reflection, and in growth. It is not how much time one has, but how that time is used that defines a life. To pause, to rest, to be fully present—these are acts of faith. The wealthy are not those who have the most hours, but those who make the most of each one. Every sunrise is a new invitation to walk with purpose.
